Transition Integrity Project
The Transition Integrity Project, or the Podesta Plan, emerged in 2020 as a initiative by the Democratic Deep State non-governmental organisations and think tanks.
Launched out of a concern that Donald Trump might manipulate, steal, or disrupt the 2020 election, the project served to set the stage for strategies adopted by the political Left after Trump's 2024 election.
Using the well worn tactic of presented itself under an innocuous name, the Transition Integrity Project functioned as part of a broader steering committee of foundations and institutes that exert influence over governmental operations.
The initiative was spearheaded by high-profile figures associated with the Democratic Party and the neo-conservative establishment. Key personnel included Rosa Brooks of the Berggruen Institute and the University of California, Berkeley, alongside John Podesta, whose involvement led to the designation of the initiative as the Podesta Plan.
The project was not limited to Democrats but included individuals identified as neo-conservatives and figures from the Republican establishment, such as Michael Steele of the Republican National Committee, William Kristol, Max Boot, and David from the Council on Foreign Relations.
Trey Grayson, a former opponent of Rand Paul, was also involved. This coalition illustrates the collaborative nature of the establishment elite, where perceived political opposites work in tandem through interlocking directorates and steering committees.
The 2020 Wargame Scenarios
In 2020, the Transition Integrity Project conducted a series of wargaming exercises designed to simulate various outcomes of the presidential election.
These simulations were prepared in anticipation of a "national emergency". These exercises were categorised into distinct scenarios, each exploring different political and constitutional crises.
Game one, titled Ambiguous, investigated a scenario wherein the election outcome remained unclear throughout the night, raising questions regarding concession.
Game two simulated a clear victory for Joe Biden, focusing on the transition of power to a Biden White House.
Game three explored a scenario in which Donald Trump won the election but the opposition, represented by the Biden camp, refused to concede. This scenario involved the separation of state electors to form a distinct electoral college, effectively creating a parallel structure of authority.
Game four was for a narrow Biden win, where Trump refuses to leave office.
These exercises were not merely theoretical but outlined operations for "saving America" (or more accurately, regaining power in America) in the event of a national crisis.
In the aftermath of these simulations, political figures such as Nancy Pelosi advocated for immediate impeachment and the removal of Donald Trump, citing insurrection.
Discussions regarding the legal secession of states began to permeate the political discourse, with figures such as Gavin Newsom alluding to the potential fragmentation of the United States in response to what they would frame dictatorial takeovers.
The Structure of Governance and NGO Influence
The operations of the Transition Integrity Project must be understood within the context of the true structure of governance, which differs significantly from the public Perception of elected representation.
The individuals who hold government office are not the ultimate decision-makers; rather, they possess limited legislative powers while the actual direction of policy is determined by a myriad of think tanks, foundations, and non-profits.
This superstructure of NGOs includes entities such as the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, and the Central Intelligence Agency, which operate in conjunction with international bodies like the World Economic Forum in Davos.
This model of governance is not a recent development but follows a 'roundtable model' established over a century ago by figures such as Lord Rothschild, Cecil Rhodes, and Lord Curzon, with the objective of establishing a technocratic, Fabian socialist order.
Historical inquiries, such as the Reese Committee investigations of the 1950s, revealed that tax-exempt foundations, specifically the Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, and Carnegie Endowment, were utilising educational institutions for ideological propagation for the Engineering of Consent.
The findings of the Dodd Report to the Reese Committee indicated that these foundations aimed to steer society towards internationalism and subvert traditional societal structures through the promotion of moral relativism.
The Colour Revolution Framework
The methodology employed by the Transition Integrity Project and its associated networks aligns with the strategies of 'colour revolutions' - covert warfare operations for regime change.
These operations, often framed as humanitarian or pro-democracy movements, utilise non-violent tactics initially to destabilise a target regime before escalating to more aggressive measures.
The objective is the installation of pro-Western or pro-establishment governments, a technique historically applied in post-Soviet bloc states and the Middle East during the Arab Spring,.
The phases of a colour revolution involve meticulous preparation and training of opposition groups in non-violent resistance methods, such as organising strikes and symbolic communications.
Technology plays a pivotal role, with the Rand Corporation's concepts of 'swarming' - derived from studies of 1960s student riots - utilised to coordinate agile, hit-and-run protest actions.
In the modern context, applications like Signal are employed to steer mobs and target law enforcement officials, as seen in recent protests against Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
The process includes the manipulation of media to amplify narratives of regime corruption and electoral fraud, often utilising pre-planned campaigns and polling data to delegitimise the ruling authority.
Western media outlets broadcast these manufactured uprisings, portraying them as organic popular movements, and lending their authority to morally frame it as being a movement against dictatorship.
If the regime does not collapse through non-violent pressure, the operations escalate to mass demonstrations, occupations of key infrastructure, and the exploitation of crises to force resignations or new elections.
Occasionally, these operations may involve 'black ops' elements, such as snipers positioned to fire on crowds to create martyrs and justify further escalation.
Propaganda and the Narrative of Secession
In 2026, after the Minneapolis Riots, the strategies outlined by the Transition Integrity Project are playing out.
A colour revolution, reinforced by cultural propaganda that normalises the concepts of civil war and national dissolution. Films and media narratives frequently depict scenarios of a fractured United States, featuring a self-proclaimed dictator and a revolution led by non-White demographic coalitions.
These narratives always push the idea that the 'saving of America' requires the removal of borders, White self-immolation, and the protection of open migration flows against the enforcement of national laws, which are framed as fascist tactics.
The ideology driving these movements is rooted in moral relativism, where the ends justify the means. This mindset validates the use of terror and chaos by the political Left, as they in error perceive themselves to be fighting against fascism, thus rendering any action permissible.
This phenomenon is not indicative of chaos, incompetence or disorganisation; rather, it reflects a highly organised and well-funded operation involving intelligence agencies, NGOs, and corporate entities working in concert. The apparent chaos is a calculated strategy to dismantle existing social orders and replace them with a technocratic system of control.
Migration and Demographic Engineering
A critical component of this destabilisation strategy involves the facilitation of mass migration. Organisations such as Catholic Charities and Lutheran NGOs receive billions of dollars in government funding to act as resettlement agencies, effectively operating as human trafficking networks that distribute migrants throughout the United States.
The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops explicitly advocates for maximising funding to increase the number of refugees brought into the country, a policy that aligns with the Vatican's official stance found in documents such as Gaudium et Spes, which supports chain migration and the disarmament of nations.
This influx is strategic, aiming to alter the White demographic and political landscape of specific regions, such as Minnesota, which has seen a significant resettlement of Somali refugees.
This demographic shift is facilitated by political figures who may have compromised allegiances to foreign powers, further contributing to the internal collapse of the nation.
The ultimate goal of these interlocking strategies - electoral manipulation, colour revolution tactics, and demographic engineering, is to erode national sovereignty and establish a globalist, collectivist order as envisioned by the foundational think tanks and their modern successors.
