Community Relations Service

The Community Relations Service (CRS) is a clandestine government department, established under Title X of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, operates with a veil of secrecy akin to the FBI, its actions largely hidden from public scrutiny.

Origins and Foundation

The creation of the CRS was no accidental byproduct of legislation; its plans predated the Civil Rights Act itself, originating in the 1950s. Lyndon B Johnson, even during his time as a senator, was absolutely instrumental in bringing this about. He was one of the key figures, alongside a cast of co-conspirators, who carefully planned these events that appeared to be organic or spontaneous. Among these pivotal figures were Benjamin V. Cohen, known as the architect of the New Deal and a significant Zionist; Arthur Goldberg, who sat on the U.S. Supreme Court; and Arnold Aronson and Joseph Roar, both affiliated with the NAACP. This organised minority, working with prominent figures like Martin Luther King Jr. and Rosa Parks, effectively brought the Civil Rights Act into existence.

Mandate and Operational Secrecy

The CRS was created strictly as a non-law enforcement agency, explicitly tasked with "keeping the peace" through mediation and conciliation in matters related to racial relations in America.

It holds no power to investigate, assign fault, or press charges, yet its influence is remarkably far-reaching. A core characteristic of the CRS is its confidentiality claim, which is on par with the FBI. Virtually none of its conciliators' actions become public record; official notes are destroyed, and conciliators can invoke confidentiality privilege before Congress and the courts, a right they have frequently exercised.

This inherent lack of transparency ensures that what these agents are involved in remains largely concealed, functioning as a "Nudge Unit" or "disaster response unit" that quietly intervenes in civil rights issues.

Advancing the Civil Rights Movement: A Self-Conscious Mandate

The CRS is self-consciously a pro-civil rights organisation; it makes no pretence of impartiality. Its very purpose is to enforce civil rights morality and advance the civil rights movement.

This commitment extends to promoting black representation, transgender youth visibility, and even assisting in the construction of mosques in traditionally Christian towns.

While initially a strictly racial organisation, its remit expanded significantly under the Obama administration with the 2009 Anti-Hate Crime Bill, an act notably not blocked by conservative political figures like Mitch McConnell. This legislation broadened the scope of civil rights into areas such as gender and sexuality, effectively acting as the American equivalent of the UK's Equality Act 2010. Consequently, much of what is now termed "Woke" culture is directly downstream of the Civil Rights Act and the subsequent expansion of the CRS's influence.

Orchestrating Social Change: The CRS Playbook

The true purpose of the CRS was always to prevent "White backlash" to the Civil Rights Act. Immediately after its inception, it began working with groups like the Southern Christian Leadership Conference to harass so-called "lily-white towns."

This involved organising and executing large-scale demonstrations, often bussing in protesters to these supposedly "racist towns," an aggressive project of Forced Integration in both the North and the South. For instance, CRS agents were directly involved in the forced integration of Catholic communities in Boston in the 1970s. When White students were violently assaulted during these events, CRS agents would immediately appear, not to aid the injured, but to prevent White students from fighting back.

The CRS developed a modern playbook for managing minority political causes in the service of the regime, particularly in the realm of advertising, media, and news. They would threaten local news stations with the revocation of their FCC licenses if they did not immediately hire black news anchors, an initiative to "drive Jim Crow out of journalism." They also produced propaganda films, starring figures like Bill Cosby, designed to facilitate the smooth integration of black individuals into previously White-only spaces, a concept that can be seen as "fresh prince in embryo."

A key, often unsettling, aspect of the CRS's work has been the coralling and controlling of black protests and riots. Their mission from the very beginning was twofold: to prevent black riots from excessively angering the White urban population and to prevent the nascent black separatist movement from gaining control of black opinion.

Through a combination of Propaganda, political manoeuvring, and cooperation with law enforcement, the CRS ensured that Americam Whites did not become enraged, even as rioting Blacks rioters destroyed multiple American cities during the summers of 1967 and 1972. They deployed an "information warfare operation" known as "rumour control," a method of capturing and debunking claims harmful to the regime.

This allowed them to downplay riot damage in local news media and amplify excuses from civil rights leaders, portraying riots as "mere violent outbursts resulting from black oppression." Simultaneously, the CRS actively discredited radical black separatists who advocated for a distinct black nation, thereby promoting figures like Martin Luther King Jr. while suppressing movements akin to Malcolm X's.

This playbook, honed through handling riots in the late 1960s and 1970s, has been continually deployed in the astroturfing of Black Lives Matter and numerous other civil rights movements. The CRS prefers to corral black riots into "optically palatable movements" acceptable to the media and the public. They were, for example, responsible for stage-managing the entire Trayvon Martin affair, from parading the family before Congress to carefully managing protests in Sanford, Florida, and training activists to create a perfect media spectacle.

It is undeniable that neither the civil rights movement nor Black Lives Matter would have achieved any significant influence without the CRS meticulously handling every aspect of logistics and public relations.

The CRS continues to train left-wing activists through "Marshall training," coordinate supplies, work with local law enforcement, establish protest march routes, and ensure media coverage aligns with desired optics for "spontaneous protests" across America. This includes supporting causes like BLM, Pride events in conservative towns, protests against Columbus Day, and counter-demonstrations against groups like the KKK. Furthermore, they are involved in downplaying and covering up violent acts, and even murders, such as the brutal murder of Donald Gillasti in Lewiston, Maine, where racial elements were downplayed to prevent outrage and public opposition to the importation of specific communities.

Legacy and Ongoing Influence

The CRS exemplifies the extent to which major social and political shifts in America are not left to chance but are meticulously planned and managed by an organised minority: ELITE THEORY.

Its existence and ongoing operations reveal a pervasive mechanism for controlling narratives and shaping public opinion, ensuring that events unfold according to predetermined plans. The profound influence of the Civil Rights Act and the subsequent "civil rights regime" in shaping contemporary "woke" culture can be directly attributed to the deliberate and far-reaching actions of the Community Relations Service.
